Why? Why do I ALWAYS crash after every single good day in my life.

I had a great day today. Went up to Maine with my adult friend Linda, swam in the river, had an awesome time. Now.... Now I feel like dying. Stabbing myself with a knife in the hand until I bleed to death. Or maybe just overdose on insulin. Who fucking knows.

Have a happy birthday though, okay Evan.... I'll try and get help I guess... But you know how Dad is. T__T
